Catechists’ Renewal Day
Isaiah 40:31
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Jesus is our hope. When we hope and have faith in Him, He renews our strength”.
Every year there is a renewal of faith for catechist to remind us to spread the teaching of Bible and its approach amongst children and that we all are entitled for the gift of Holy Spirit.
Renewal of faith was celebrated on 30th Sep 2022 at our cathedral during the 9:30 children’s mass witnessing the first renewal at our new cathedral amongst the younger generation and anticipating many future Catechists are among them.
The whole ceremony went off well, with an addition of 6 new catechists to the family.
